LOVE THIS PLACE! Left my hair soft and beautiful! I have curly thick dry hair- I will absolutely come back!

I wish i remembered what the names of the people who helped me today but they were both amazing. First of all i originally made an appoint for haircut and blow dry and I wanted to add hair coloring and they were able to accommodate me. I walked in and I showed the manager at the front desk the color I wanted which was a deep cherry red. He was able to get me the perfect color. The women who dyed my hair scrubs like not her and is amazing. And the one who cut my hair was amazing and precise. Also I think it’s great that the manager discusses prices with you before and there’s no hidden fees after. Highly recommend. Oh did I mention I travel from queens for them 🥰

I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for a while (maybe 8-9 visits), and at first the service was actually really good. But the last 3 times? Honestly… it’s gone downhill bad. They NEVER do what I ask for. And I don’t mean slightly off, I mean completely not what I requested. On top of that, I’ve gotten snarky comments about the haircut I wanted, which is just unnecessary. If you don’t think a style will work, that’s fine, talk it through, but don’t make me feel stupid for asking. I’ve also noticed they always sit me in the chair closest to the door, which feels like the trainee chair. I completely understand people need to learn, but that should be something you ASK the client about, not just do it and charge full price like it’s an experienced stylist. The last time I went, my hair was cut so uneven I literally had to fix it myself at home. And to make it worse, I had an event that same night… I couldn’t even wear my hair the way I planned. See pictures for reference, first is what I asked for, second is what I got. I noticed Rick is no longer there, and honestly, it shows. The quality just isn’t the same anymore. Super disappointing experience overall. I really wanted to keep coming here, but after the last few visits, I’m done.

Best blow outs! Can't tell you whos the best, he is too busy to begin with, can't have more people going to him... but they are all good! Do the massages and the facial as well. Just perfect

This post doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I used to go to this salon a lot and loved them (all past tense!). I walked in today for a wash and trim. My hair was nearly down to my butt and I walked out with my hair barely to my shoulders. Not sure what the hell this guy was thinking but now I have to deal with his mistake until my hair grows back (and it doesn’t grow fast!!!). They should give me money back but unfortunately I don’t even want to walk back in there again! So upsetting and disappointing for a place I swore by and recommended people to. I highly advise you not to go!! Find a better salon that actually understands the service you want when you walk in! Also apologizing when you can’t magically make my hair grow back is entirely pointless!! You should educate your staff on how to cut curly hair and if you don’t or can’t, you should stop taking on clients with hair you know nothing about! I REGRET ever coming to your salon. It’ll take months to correct the mistake your staff made!
